As your coach, I am your guide, supporting you on your growth journey, acting as a sounding board, a cheerleader and a mirror to challenge and encourage you in shedding whatever keeps you from being your best self. It's as if you were on a hike to reach the summit of a mountain and I'm with you as your guide. Together, we work on mindset, overcoming limiting beliefs, and improving your internal relationship with yourself overall to get out of your own way and reach your goals.

As your coach, I can hold space for more than just your movement. I'm holding space for your fullness.

Different than therapy, in coaching we don't necessarily dig into your past and bringing it forward to analyze what's present in your life today. We focus on the present and always look towards what can be done from where you are now.

Also different than many other coaching spaces, I bring a decolonial lens to my work, understanding and highlighting how each of us is shaped by context and that each of our personal healing and growth will only be as full as collective liberation makes space for. As MLK said, an injustice to one is an injustice to all and we each have the power to affect the collective with our own evolution. 

 

To get started, we will schedule a discovery call to figure out if coaching with me feels right for you. We'll go over some background, explore where in your life you could use some mental support and go over the logistics of getting started. Then you'll get a summary email of the different packages, which include sliding scale options for financial accessibility.
